Our goal is to raise up passionate followers of Jesus and to make Him known in our generation, on the campus of NKU, and in this city! In our society today, church has the reputation of being old, boring, and irrelevant. At The U @ NKU, we have created an atmosphere that is exciting, relevant, and inspiring where you can have an encounter with God and learn practically how to live for Him. The mission of The U at NKU is to help students find a place to belong through building relationships with other students and impacting the campus through love, service, and the power of God during their season in college. Focusing on U groups(small Groups) working through it as well as connecting off campus every Sunday at The U gathering with the Uprising Movement as a whole. Our desire is to make Jesus known at the NKU campus, this city…or generation…for the Kingdom of God……We Are The Uprising
