28:19’s Discipleship Training is important biblical truths that are foundational to our Christian life based out of the commandment of Matt. 28:19 to make disciples. Our mission is to raise up passionate followers of Jesus through equipping you through the word so that you can fulfill the destiny God has planned for you, as well as giving you the tools to disciple others to do the same thing in and through their life. Whether you’re a new believer or a mature leader, we believe growth will come as you study these notes in this class.
What you say is important; you create the world you live in by the words you say. Here is the 28:19 Declaration:
“I am a member of the Fellowship of the Unashamed. I have Holy Spirit power. I have stepped over the line, the decision has been made; I am a disciple of His. I will not look back, let up, slow down, back away or be still.”
“My past is redeemed, my present makes sense, and my future is secure. I am finished and done with low living, site walking, small planning, smooth knees, colorless dreams, tame visions, worldly talking, cheap giving, and dwarfed goals.”
“I no longer need pre-eminence, position, promotions, applause, or popularity. I do not have to be right, first, tops, recognized, praise, regarded or rewarded. Now I live by faith, lean on His presence, walk by patience, I am uplifted by prayer, and labor in power.”
“My face is set, my gait is fast, my goal is Heaven, my road is narrow, my way is rough, my companions are few, my Guide is reliable, and my mission is clear.”
“I cannot be bought, compromised, deterred, lured away, turned back, diluted, or delayed. I will not flinch in the face of sacrifice, hesitate in the presence of my adversaries, negotiate at the table of the enemy, or ponder at the pool of popularity, I will not give up, shut up, or let up until I have stayed up, prayed up, stored up, and preached up…….for the cause of Christ. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ! For when He comes to get His own, He will have no problem recognizing me. You see, I am a member of the Fellowship of the Unashamed.”
